About the project
The Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme seeks to reclaim 400 hectares (1,000 acres) of redundant industrial land to the east of Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales by way of opencast coal mining and landfill mining operations, restoring the land to beneficial use and creating a better, safer environment for the local community. |
